Thank you for joining the Haystack family and for supporting Haystack Music Festival 2025. We are blessed to share this adventure with each of you and an amazing community of talented artists, vendors, sponsors and crew. First and foremost, we owe a huge debt of gratitude to our hosts, Ben and Karin, at Oregon Organic Acres for creating this beautiful space and inviting our families to gather on their land. It is incredibly important that we return that favor with kindness and respect for their home and their neighbors. 

Before we get into the details, here are a few fundamental agreements that we ask everyone to honor with sincerity. By participating in Haystack Music Festival, as patron, vendor, volunteer, or staff, you agree to these policies. Haystack reserves the right to dismiss anyone from the festival who fails to do so.

• BE KIND TO EACH OTHER – Treat everyone with love, respect, and patience. Haystack Music Festival is committed to providing a safe space free from harassment, discrimination, and violence. We believe that everyone has the right to enjoy music in an atmosphere of mutual respect, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for behaviors that threaten that sense of safety. All attendees are expected to:
  • Respect personal boundaries. Consent is required for any close or physical contact.
  • Be inclusive and respectful to people of every gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, religion, or nationality.
  • Consume responsibly. Do not engage in behavior that is disruptive or potentially harmful to others due to excessive alcohol or drug consumption. Intoxicated individuals are not capable of giving consent.
  • If you see something, say something. Report to the medical tent or find a staffperson with a radio at a bar, cafe, or checkpoint. Team members are trained to handle sensitive situations. All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality. 
• LEAVE NO TRACE – Leave waste in appropriate trash or recycling containers or pack it out. Leave Haystack Village, your campsites, and Oregon Organic Acres as you found it or cleaner. 
• DRIVE SLOWLY – Dirt roads and driveways leading to the festival can get very dusty and disturb our hosts, neighbors, and livestock. Please adhere to all posted speed limits. 
• RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS – Don’t wonder beyond the campgrounds. We love and respect our neighbors’ privacy. Please do the same.
• LEAVE PETS AT HOME – As you’ll see we love our animals, but we can not risk any incidents or altercations with outside pets (no matter how perfect yours may be). 
• NO ALCOHOL INSIDE HAYSTACK VILLAGE – Haystack Village, where all the action happens, is an OLCC regulated space. Friendly crew will be checking bags at gates between the campgrounds and the village to ensure no alcohol is brought into the festival area. Please be respectful and leave your alcohol at camp. We’ll have plenty of refreshing beverages with and without alcohol available at the Haystack Cafe, Coffee Shop, Saloon and Beer Garden.  
• NO OPEN FIRES – It’s September in Oregon. Do we really have to explain? Be smart. Use only contained gas cooking stoves as needed. 
• NO FIREWORKS!
• NO WEAPONS!
• NO DRINKING AND DRIVING!

General FAQs

Where and when is the festival?

Haystack Music Festival takes place on September 12-14, 2025 at:

Oregon Organic Acres

20454 S. Geiger Rd

Oregon City, OR 97045. 

Festival gates open at 10am Friday and 9am Saturday. 

Is Haystack kid friendly?

Yes. Haystack Music Festival is an all-ages event! However, every attendee must have a ticket for entry. Tickets for all ages are available at www.haystackmusicfestival.com.

What if it rains?

We could use a little rain. Haystack will happen rain or shine. Please watch the weather and plan accordingly with appropriate rainwear and camping gear, if needed.

Can festival attendees re-enter the festival after leaving?

We strongly encourage you to bring everything you need to minimize traffic in and out of the festival. We will try to accommodate special circumstances, but please avoid coming and going. 

Ticketing & Entry FAQs

What types of tickets are available?

Several ticket tiers are offered, including single-day passes, weekend passes, and camping upgrades. Complete details and pricing are available on the ticketing page.

Can a refund be issued if an attendee can no longer attend?

No, all ticket sales are final. Artists and schedules are subject to change without notice, and cancellations by an artist are not grounds for a refund.

Is a physical ticket needed?

No. A digital ticket with a QR code will be sent via email upon purchase. This QR code is required for entry and can only be used once.

Can a ticket be transferred to someone else?

Yes, the name on the ticket does not need to match the ID. But each ticket’s QR code can only be used once.

Is the festival a cash-free event?

No. Food, drink, and merchandise vendors will accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Where is the festival entrance?

The main entrance is located past the main house after the driveway turns to the left (just past the horse arena on your right). Follow the directional signage along the driveway.

Is parking available at the festival?

Yes, parking is available and included with your festival ticket. The front gate staff will direct you upon entry.

Special Considerations

What medical services are available on-site?

A medical tent with trained staff will be available to assist with health-related issues. 

Is the festival accessible to people with disabilities?

Yes, Haystack Music Festival is committed to accessibility for all attendees. The venue has designated accessible parking, camping, and bathrooms. For more information or to arrange specific accommodations, please contact us directly via the Contact Us page at www.haystackmusicfestival.com.

What is the policy for service animals?

Service animals are permitted with proper registration. Please call ahead to notify us of your service animal and show registration at the front gate.

Will there be accommodations for special dietary needs?

Yes. Food vendors will offer a variety of options, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices.
