First and foremost, we owe a huge debt of gratitude to our hosts, Ben and Karin, at Oregon Organic Acres for creating this beautiful space and inviting our families to gather on their land. Before we get into the details, here are a few fundamental agreements that we ask everyone to honor with sincerity. By participating in Haystack Music Festival, as patron, vendor, volunteer, or staff, you agree to these policies. Haystack reserves the right to dismiss anyone from the festival who fails to do so.

General FAQs
Where and when is the festival?
Haystack Music Festival takes place on September 12-14, 2025 at:
Oregon Organic Acres
20454 S. Geiger Rd
Oregon City, OR 97045.
Festival gates open at 10am Friday and 9am Saturday.
Is Haystack kid friendly?
Yes. Haystack Music Festival is an all-ages event! However, every attendee must have a ticket for entry. Tickets for all ages are available at www.haystackmusicfestival.com.
What if it rains?
We could use a little rain. Haystack will happen rain or shine. Please watch the weather and plan accordingly with appropriate rainwear and camping gear, if needed.
Can festival attendees re-enter the festival after leaving?
We strongly encourage you to bring everything you need to minimize traffic in and out of the festival. We will try to accommodate special circumstances, but please avoid coming and going.
Ticketing & Entry FAQs
What types of tickets are available?
Several ticket tiers are offered, including single-day passes, weekend passes, and camping upgrades. Complete details and pricing are available on the ticketing page.
Can a refund be issued if an attendee can no longer attend?
No, all ticket sales are final. Artists and schedules are subject to change without notice, and cancellations by an artist are not grounds for a refund.
Is a physical ticket needed?
No. A digital ticket with a QR code will be sent via email upon purchase. This QR code is required for entry and can only be used once.
Can a ticket be transferred to someone else?
Yes, the name on the ticket does not need to match the ID. But each ticket’s QR code can only be used once.
Is the festival a cash-free event?
No. Food, drink, and merchandise vendors will accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Where is the festival entrance?
The main entrance is located past the main house after the driveway turns to the left (just past the horse arena on your right). Follow the directional signage along the driveway.
Is parking available at the festival?
Yes, parking is available and included with your festival ticket. The front gate staff will direct you upon entry.
Special Considerations
What medical services are available on-site?
A medical tent with trained staff will be available to assist with health-related issues.
Is the festival accessible to people with disabilities?

What is the policy for service animals?
Service animals are permitted with proper registration. Please call ahead to notify us of your service animal and show registration at the front gate.
Will there be accommodations for special dietary needs?
Yes. Food vendors will offer a variety of options, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices.
